the killjoys are all around[the devil and his gang]determined to turn this into sadness and sorrow and prevent us from accepting that Jesus as the saviour of the world has truly saved us in spite of ourselves - all that is required is our acceptance and a let it be done to me according to thy word as first uttered by Mary - wincam

Mary wasn't the first or the last to utter words like that.

Here's David with the same sentiment. "Now, O LORD, let the word that You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house be established forever, and do as You have spoken.
Disturb us Lord, when we are too pleased with ourselves. When our dreams have come true because we dreamed too little. When we arrived safely because we sailed too close to the shore. Disturb us Lord, to dare more boldly. To venture on wider seas. Where storms will show your mastery; Where, losing sight of land, we shall find the stars. We ask you to push back the horizons of our hopes; And to push into the future, in strength, courage, hope and love.                     (SIR FRANCIS DRAKE 1577)

I cannot replcate that scripture @wincam can you provide that scripture / eg : O LORD as saviour of the world be it done unto me according to thy word that thou has 'come not to judge the world but to save it'

???

I can find - John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Abiding in Him -  is a better usage of this scripture..

It is an ongoing tense  and as an ongoing belief and commitment - the opposite is to be separate.

join the killjoys if you must but do not prevent others from being saved for those who are saved in spite of themselves are exempt from  judgement - these are the children of God as heirs to heaven - those who have the devil for father will be judged = those posing as angels, sheep and wheat imho - btw you do not have it quite right at Jn 3;17 - that could be the problem - see Jn 12:47-48 - wincam

Hello there,

The cry, 'be it unto me according to Thy Word', is on the lips of all who have heard and believed God's gospel of grace; and God will fulfil all that He has promised in His Word concerning His Son, for He is faithful. (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

Praise God!

In Christ Jesus
Our risen and glorified
Saviour, Lord and Head.

If salvation was as simple as that, then all would be saved.
As you will not say what you believe is the gospel, but make cryptic comments and critisms it is difficult to engage with you.

Salvation requires repentance, acceptance of the gift and a life that seeks to honour God.

You appear to be saying all that is needed is a mental acent and no repentance or turning away from sin.
That is not the gospel.
