Hi i not doing so bad.  Been quite a journey this past 18 months with first my mum dying last year then mother in law in april.  As ya know we were primary carers for her and she lived next doir.  We did her care right up to the end, end of life care was far from easy especially with the huntingtons.

I also have just finished last week actually emdr therapy which has been a godsend since july (couldnt care what peoples theological stance on that is...it helped which is what matters).  I also took up swimming and joined slimming world in july.  So far i have lost 51lbs which is just over 3 1/2 stones.  I also gave up smoking about 20 months ago too.

So really its been a funny old transition with the deaths.  Hard but also enabled me to get a grip of myself.  Was running on such auto pilot looking back i dont know how we managed it along with all the appointments we have for littleone.

I know i hardly been in im sorry but had to really concentrate on myself, i forever helping and encouraging others i neglected myself badly in that!

How are you doing? Misses you, been a goid friend for many years.  Give ya some mushy hugs  ;) oops wrong one my bad (((guardy)))
