Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to make a post to introduce myself.

I'm Dan, 29 from Stoke on Trent..

I wouldn't say I have a religion as such, but I have always felt a longing to be involved with my church - I haven't done so, but I am going to be doing so.

I have recently had a few traumatic experiences in my life, the death of my granddad, a robbery in my house and most recently some marital issues that have tested me as a person - it has lead me to want to find some peace in my life and a sense of completeness, as currently my world is a little upside down!

Hoping that I can get this from finally opening my heart up to the church.

Many thanks,

Dan

Welcome @Dan TheStokie

Experiences  like this are not very pleasant while we are going through them - sometimes it can draw us closer and at other times it can separate.

Great to hear you are heading towards God   :D

Like I said to @john1952 step out and step up .

Just a short scripture for you 1 Samuel 17:2-51
