Are you concerned about  North Korean launching missiles and  a nuclear threat ?

Is God in control !

Jesus made it clear that Satan is the God of this world.

What is the purpose of asking if God is in control when your family has been killed by a North Korean missile or destroyed by jihadi bombing in London, or your tube train has been blasted apart by Muslim terrorists.

If God is in control of any of the above killings, then God must be responsible for the death of those people.

Alternatively, as Jesus said, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly."
So here we have Jesus attributing death and destruction to man not God. It follows that God is not in control of these things.
Disturb us Lord, when we are too pleased with ourselves. When our dreams have come true because we dreamed too little. When we arrived safely because we sailed too close to the shore. Disturb us Lord, to dare more boldly. To venture on wider seas. Where storms will show your mastery; Where, losing sight of land, we shall find the stars. We ask you to push back the horizons of our hopes; And to push into the future, in strength, courage, hope and love.                     (SIR FRANCIS DRAKE 1577)
