Dave,
Just as you need to read what scripture says and not what you think ot says. So you need to read what I write.
I have not said Jesus is the Father, only that Jesus is God.
As for the trinity read matthew 25, the great commission .

Hi John
I take it its the following you want me to read.

Mat 28:18  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I have read it and there is no mention of a trinity just the Father Son and Holy Spirit three separate persons that's of course if you can call the Holy spirit a person.

Love and Peace
Dave

Hi I was just reading through.

That's fascinating about the earth being a large continent, with no large seas and oceans dividing the land mass, before the flood.

In the Bible the flood is mentioned before the tower of Babel, in Genesis 11:1-9 but does that mean the tower occurred after the flood?

I ask this because I often wondered how the tower of Babel worked then, because now it's through modern technology, being a downfall. Although of course it has its many positive uses.

A question was asked about the scriptures and if Jesus is referred to being the Father
Yes He is by Isaiah.
in Isaiah 9:6.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

Jesus will rule the earth after the rise and fall of this godless age.

The tower of babel is found in gen 11, while the flood ends in gen 9. So it is after the flood, well after the flood as Noahs sons hads to have time to produce a substantial population capable of building a tower.

 . Hi Christianna
Thank you for your post of course the one continent here is not mentioned in scripture but is what scientists tell us if was something that existed millions of years ago which makes the earth a lot older than 6000 years I believe the earth is a lot older

.Thank you for that scripture can't argue with the word of God of course Christ is our Father through him and for him all things are created this makes him our Father

Jesus will rule the earth after the rise and fall of this godless age.

how very true so let us pray even harder they kingdom come

Love and Peace
Dave

Incorrect.
Jesus is God the Son, so as we are adopted into Gods Family he cannot be a Father only a brother.

It is to God the Father that we can pray to addressing him as abba.

see john1:11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God? 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband?s will, but born of God.

Hi
Pretty straightforward our Lord taught us to pray he said.

.  Mat 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name

As we see we are to pray to the Father not to christ or anyone else we shall only pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ he is our mediator between man and God.

Hi John
You used the term
Quote
.
Jesus is God the Son

Where in scripture do you find this term I can't find it I can find " son of God " but that's not the same.

Love and Peace
Dave
