Just read a book about dieting but it is unusual - you eat whatever you want for 5 days and then fast for 2 days.

Fast for God on those two days also (whilst you are losing weight). Just water I am afraid but you can have hot water - boil in kettle and add a bit of cold from tap to make it bearable.
Also put slice of lemon in for your vit C.

I lost weight and felt great for a long time. Helps the mind a lot also.

The main thing is that it gives you massive spiritual strength for the rest of the week - get into the Psalms from the Message version bible when you do it. Watch your heart (not physical heart) i.e. do it for respect to God and get a flat stomach as a bonus lol.

Caution: Be careful and ask the advice of a responsible adult if you are young.

It is biblical and can be very beneficial to fast though.
