John 12:31: 'Now is the time for judgment on this world; now the prince of this world will be driven out.'

Romans 8:37: 'We are more than conquerors through him who loved us.'

Romans 12:21: 'Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.'

Romans 16:20: 'The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.'

James 4:7 - 8: 'Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you.'

Okay, I got some more :D. I came across the first one (below) the other day, was very good timing for me. I will admit though there are still times I do feel anxious and I am not always at peace, but hey I a work in progress

Philippians 4:6-7 'Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.'

Isaiah 41:10 'Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

Isaiah 26:3-4 'You (God) will keep in perfect peace all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal rock.'

Worry is just a dead end emotion, it doesn't achieve anything but drill in fear, negativity and anxiety.

Trust and faith in God, knowing He is with you no matter what the situation, brings a peace and calm that surpasses all understanding.

Walking With Wisdom

We cannot find God in noise and agitation. Nature: trees, flowers, and grass grow in silence.
The stars, the moon, and the sun move in silence.
What is essential is not what we say but what God tells us and what He tells others through us.
In silence He listens to us; in silence He speaks to our souls.
In silence we are granted the privilege of listening to His voice.
Silence of our eyes.
Silence of our ears.
Silence of our mouths.
Silence of our minds.
...in the silence of the heart
God will speak.
Silence of the heart is necessary so you can hear God everywhere - in the closing of the door, in the person who needs you, in the birds that sing, in the flowers, in the animals.
If we are careful of silence it will be easy to pray.

Fortunately God is with us, he knows us and has promised to always hear us. It isn't always possible for us in the hussle of life and in the terror of a panic or emergency to find peace and quiet

The promise we have as adopted children of God we have the right of access into God's presence.

The important thing is to be in the habit of praying.
