Thinking this again.
There maybe situations where a person or people are assumed to be unforgiving.
Only it could be to do with not trusting a person, people or a situation. In knowing the truth of the situation then that would be very reasonable, to not trust.

Although the Holy Spirit leads and illuminates all truth if people lean and wait on Him and not their own understanding.
Something that Jesus taught was the balance of being as harmless and gentle as a dove and thats where forgiving comes into it through the Holy Spirit and to also be as wise and shrewd as a snake and seek the Holy Spirit for guidance where trusting is concerned.
