Gospel - Jn 14:6-14

6 Jesus saith to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father, but by me.7 If you had known me, you would without doubt have known my Father also: and from henceforth you shall know him, and you have seen him.8 Philip saith to him: Lord, shew us the Father, and it is enough for us.9 Jesus saith to him: Have I been so long a time with you; and have you not known me? Philip, he that seeth me seeth the Father also. How sayest thou, shew us the Father?10 Do you not believe, that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak to you, I speak not of myself. But the Father who abideth in me, he doth the works.11 Believe you not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me?12 Otherwise believe for the very works' sake. Amen, amen I say to you, he that believeth in me, the works that I do, he also shall do; and greater than these shall he do.13 Because I go to the Father: and whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, that will I do: that the Father may be glorified in the Son.14 If you shall ask me any thing in my name, that I will do.?

Gospel - Lk 24:13-35

13 And behold, two of them went, the same day, to a town which was sixty furlongs from Jerusalem, named Emmaus. 14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.15 And it came to pass, that while they talked and reasoned with themselves, Jesus himself also drawing near, went with them.16 But their eyes were held, that they should not know him.17 And he said to them: What are these discourses that you hold one with another as you walk, and are sad?18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleophas, answering, said to him: Art thou only a stranger to Jerusalem, and hast not known the things that have been done there in these days?19 To whom he said: What things? And they said: Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet, mighty in work and word before God and all the people;20 And how our chief priests and princes delivered him to be condemned to death, and crucified him.21 But we hoped, that it was he that should have redeemed Israel: and now besides all this, today is the third day since these things were done.22 Yea and certain women also of our company affrighted us, who before it was light, were at the sepulchre,23 And not finding his body, came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, who say that he is alive.24 And some of our people went to the sepulchre, and found it so as the women had said, but him they found not.25 Then he said to them: O foolish, and slow of heart to believe in all things which the prophets have spoken.26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and so to enter into his glory?27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded to them in all the scriptures, the things that were concerning him.28 And they drew nigh to the town, whither they were going: and he made as though he would go farther.29 But they constrained him; saying: Stay with us, because it is towards evening, and the day is now far spent. And he went in with them.30 And it came to pass, whilst he was at table with them, he took bread, and blessed, and brake, and gave to them.31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him: and he vanished out of their sight.32 And they said one to the other: Was not our heart burning within us, whilst he spoke in this way, and opened to us the scriptures?33 And rising up, the same hour, they went back to Jerusalem: and they found the eleven gathered together, and those that were staying with them,34 Saying: The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.35 And they told what things were done in the way; and how they knew him in the breaking of the bread.?

Gospel - Jn 6:22-29

22 The next day, the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea, saw that there was no other ship there but one, and that Jesus had not entered into the ship with his disciples, but that his disciples were gone away alone. 23 But other ships came in from Tiberias; nigh unto the place where they had eaten the bread, the Lord giving thanks.24 When therefore the multitude saw that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they took shipping, and came to Capharnaum, seeking for Jesus.25 And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him: Rabbi, when camest thou hither?26 Jesus answered them, and said: Amen, amen I say to you, you seek me, not because you have seen miracles, but because you did eat of the loaves, and were filled.27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that which endureth unto life everlasting, which the Son of man will give you. For him hath God, the Father, sealed.28 They said therefore unto him: What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?29 Jesus answered, and said to them: This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he hath sent.

Gospel - Jn 6:44-51

44 No man can come to me, except the Father, who hath sent me, draw him; and I will raise him up in the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets: And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard of the Father, and hath learned, cometh to me.46 Not that any man hath seen the Father; but he who is of God, he hath seen the Father.47 Amen, amen I say unto you: He that believeth in me, hath everlasting life.48 I am the bread of life.49 Your fathers did eat manna in the desert, and are dead.50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die.51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven.

Gospel - Jn 6:52-59

52 If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world.53 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying: How can this man give us his flesh to eat?54 Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you.55 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day.56 For my flesh is meat indeed: and my blood is drink indeed.57 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, abideth in me, and I in him.58 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father; so he that eateth me, the same also shall live by me.59 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead. He that eateth this bread, shall live for ever.

Gospel - Jn 6:60-69

60 These things he said, teaching in the synagogue, in Capharnaum.61 Many therefore of his disciples, hearing it, said: This saying is hard, and who can hear it?62 But Jesus, knowing in himself, that his disciples murmured at this, said to them: Doth this scandalize you?63 If then you shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?64 It is the spirit that quickeneth: the flesh profiteth nothing. The words that I have spoken to you, are spirit and life.65 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning, who they were that did not believe, and who he was, that would betray him.66 And he said: Therefore did I say to you, that no man can come to me, unless it be given him by my Father.67 After this many of his disciples went back; and walked no more with him.68 Then Jesus said to the twelve: Will you also go away?69 And Simon Peter answered him: Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

Gospel - Jn 10:11-18

11 And he saw the heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending, as it were a great linen sheet let down by the four corners from heaven to the earth:12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts, and creeping things of the earth, and fowls of the air.13 And there came a voice to him: Arise, Peter; kill and eat.14 But Peter said: Far be it from me; for I never did eat any thing that is common and unclean.15 And the voice spoke to him again the second time: That which God hath cleansed, do not thou call common.16 And this was done thrice; and presently the vessel was taken up into heaven.17 Now, whilst Peter was doubting within himself, what the vision that he had seen should mean, behold the men who were sent from Cornelius, inquiring for Simon' s house, stood at the gate.18 And when they had called, they asked, if Simon, who is surnamed Peter, were lodged there.?

Gospel - Jn 10:22-30

22 And it was the feast of the dedication at Jerusalem: and it was winter.23 And Jesus walked in the temple, in Solomon' s porch.24 The Jews therefore came round about him, and said to him: How long dost thou hold our souls in suspense? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.25 Jesus answered them: I speak to you, and you believe not: the works that I do in the name of my Father, they give testimony of me.26 But you do not believe, because you are not of my sheep.27 My sheep hear my voice: and I know them, and they follow me.28 And I give them life everlasting; and they shall not perish for ever, and no man shall pluck them out of my hand.29 That which my Father hath given me, is greater than all: and no one can snatch them out of the hand of my Father.30 I and the Father are one.?
