Gospel - Lk 24:35-48

35 And they told what things were done in the way; and how they knew him in the breaking of the bread.36 Now whilst they were speaking these things, Jesus stood in the midst of them, and saith to them: Peace be to you; it is I, fear not.37 But they being troubled and frightened, supposed that they saw a spirit.38 And he said to them: Why are you troubled, and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?39 See my hands and feet, that it is I myself; handle, and see: for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as you see me to have.40 And when he had said this, he shewed them his hands and feet.41 But while they yet believed not, and wondered for joy, he said: Have you any thing to eat?42 And they offered him a piece of a broiled fish, and a honeycomb.43 And when he had eaten before them, taking the remains, he gave to them44 And he said to them: These are the words which I spoke to you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.45 Then he opened their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures.46 And he said to them: Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise again from the dead, the third day:47 And that penance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, unto all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.48 And you are witnesses of these things.

Gospel - Mk 16:9-15

9 But he rising early the first day of the week, appeared first to Mary Magdalen, out of whom he had cast seven devils.10 She went and told them that had been with him, who were mourning and weeping.11 And they hearing that he was alive, and had been seen by her, did not believe.12 And after that he appeared in another shape to two of them walking, as they were going into the country.13 And they going told it to the rest: neither did they believe them.14 At length he appeared to the eleven as they were at table: and he upbraided them with their incredulity and hardness of heart, because they did not believe them who had seen him after he was risen again.15 And he said to them: Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature.?

Gospel - Jn 20:19-31

19 Now when it was late that same day, the first of the week, and the doors were shut, where the disciples were gathered together, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them: Peace be to you.20 And when he had said this, he shewed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord.21 He said therefore to them again: Peace be to you. As the Father hath sent me, I also send you.22 When he had said this, he breathed on them; and he said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost.23 Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained.24 Now Thomas, one of the twelve, who is called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.25 The other disciples therefore said to him: We have seen the Lord. But he said to them: Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said: Peace be to you.27 Then he saith to Thomas: Put in thy finger hither, and see my hands; and bring hither thy hand, and put it into my side; and be not faithless, but believing.28 Thomas answered, and said to him: My Lord, and my God.29 Jesus saith to him: Because thou hast seen me, Thomas, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and have believed.30 Many other signs also did Jesus in the sight of his disciples, which are not written in this book.31 But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God: and that believing, you may have life in his name.?

Gospel - Jn 3:1-8

1 And there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.2 This man came to Jesus by night, and said to him: Rabbi, we know that thou art come a teacher from God; for no man can do these signs which thou dost, unless God be with him.3 Jesus answered, and said to him: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.4 Nicodemus saith to him: How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother' s womb, and be born again?5 Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.6 That which is born of the flesh, is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit, is spirit.7 Wonder not, that I said to thee, you must be born again.8 The Spirit breatheth where he will; and thou hearest his voice, but thou knowest not whence he cometh, and whither he goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

7b You must be born again.8 The Spirit breatheth where he will; and thou hearest his voice, but thou knowest not whence he cometh, and whither he goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.9 Nicodemus answered, and said to him: How can these things be done?10 Jesus answered, and said to him: Art thou a master in Israel, and knowest not these things?11 Amen, amen I say to thee, that we speak what we know, and we testify what we have seen, and you receive not our testimony.12 If I have spoken to you earthly things, and you believe not; how will you believe, if I shall speak to you heavenly things?13 And no man hath ascended into heaven, but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man who is in heaven.14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of man be lifted up:15 That whosoever believeth in him, may not perish; but may have life everlasting.?

Gospel - Jn 3:16-21

16 For God so loved the world, as to give his only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting.17 For God sent not his Son into the world, to judge the world, but that the world may be saved by him.18 He that believeth in him is not judged. But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God.19 And this is the judgment: because the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light: for their works were evil.20 For every one that doth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, that his works may not be reproved.21 But he that doth truth, cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, because they are done in God.?

Gospel - Jn 3:31-36

31 He that cometh from above, is above all. He that is of the earth, of the earth he is, and of the earth he speaketh. He that cometh from heaven, is above all.32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth: and no man receiveth his testimony.33 He that hath received his testimony, hath set to his seal that God is true.34 For he whom God hath sent, speaketh the words of God: for God doth not give the Spirit by measure.35 The Father loveth the Son: and he hath given all things into his hand.36 He that believeth in the Son, hath life everlasting; but he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.?

Gospel - Jn 6:1-15

1 After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is that of Tiberias.2 And a great multitude followed him, because they saw the miracles which he did on them that were diseased.3 Jesus therefore went up into a mountain, and there he sat with his disciples.4 Now the pasch, the festival day of the Jews, was near at hand.5 When Jesus therefore had lifted up his eyes, and seen that a very great multitude cometh to him, he said to Philip: Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?6 And this he said to try him; for he himself knew what he would do.7 Philip answered him: Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one may take a little.8 One of his disciples, Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, saith to him:9 There is a boy here that hath five barley loaves, and two fishes; but what are these among so many?10 Then Jesus said: Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. The men therefore sat down, in number about five thousand.11 And Jesus took the loaves: and when he had given thanks, he distributed to them that were set down. In like manner also of the fishes, as much as they would.12 And when they were filled, he said to his disciples: Gather up the fragments that remain, lest they be lost.13 They gathered up therefore, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above to them that had eaten.14 Now those men, when they had seen what a miracle Jesus had done, said: This is of a truth the prophet, that is to come into the world.15 Jesus therefore, when he knew that they would come to take him by force, and make him king, fled again into the mountain himself alone.?
