Exactly, it is part of human nature. It is the way God created us. We do not have any choice in the matter.  The way we behave is a function of many variables, our environment, our parents, our education and most importantly, our nature as human beings.  That nature is constrained by the way God created us.
No, because that is talking back to God, Rom 9:20. We can't blame God for our sins. We can't blame God for creating our nature, because we created our own nature. We did have a choice, but we chose the evil. The choice is real, even if we make the wrong choice. We have free will. We are not born corrupted, as the Manichaeans say. It's also not true that everyone makes the same choice. There is an element of fatalism in what you say that isn't true.

Had he given us the ability to see into the future, so that we could see the consequences of our actions, then we might do things differently.  But we do not have that ability.
We do have that ability. How many drug addicts were fully aware of the danger of addiction but took drugs nonetheless? However many people smoke knowing the consequences?

God could have created mankind very differently but he chose not to.  He created us to be sinners with no choice in the matter.
It is true that God gave men over to sin before Christ, which is to say he gave them over to their own bad choices, but he then had mercy on them in Christ. In the former days he didn't necessarily account men as guilty for theirs sins as he does today under Christ. Yet it isn't a matter of creation, but a matter of what God does with his creation. In Christ there no necessity for anyone to continue to sin.
