This is pure fantasy, nowhere in this passage is there anything that is referred to else where in scripture.
This is only in your imagination.

You would be justified in saying it is like, but not that it is Jesus.

Yes in the future life [after death] their will be no more gender /colour/ division..

Though yes you aways  have the pictures of God as a mother brooding over the waters and the wings of her comfort.

All images of who He is caring for..

Once in His care He wil be our light  and future - whether male or female..

Gender will no longer be a problem..

Wisdom is feminine.

Yahweh is both feminine and male in Hebrew.

Yah - feminine
Weh - male.

Ruach is Hebrew for Spirit and also feminine.

Hi John
Thank you for your post the point I am trying to make is what dose man in the image of God look like and the bible tells us exactly what he looks like.

    Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;  Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
Hebrews 1:2-‬3 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/heb.1.2-3.KJV

Take note of the words express image of his person so Christ is the image of God the Father but at the present time Christ is separated from his bride the church this will be rectified at his second coming when he will be joined to his bride the church then we will have man or as I like to think of it mankind in the image of God.
We told that Christ is the last Adam so there must be a first Adam I believe that Adam is Israel God speaking through Moses is the Head the priesthood under Aaron is the woman this also man in the image of God.
Man in Gods image is not one man and one woman created thousands of years ago then given the world to look after.

Yes TJ in the body of Christ we will all be equal we will all constitute the woman but Christ will be the man the head of the body

Thank you serenity for that very interesting piece of information seams to support  what I am trying to say that man in the image of God is both male and female and they are one.

If you are saying looks like, that is justified by scripture.

You have form Dave for say ' xxxx ' is Jesus when it's not justified.

Hi John
Thank you for your reply I'm not sure what the ' xxxx ' mean but what I am saying is Jesus Christ is the express image of God the Father or if you like exact image and at the present time this has not been  achieved but will be at our Lords second coming when he is united with his bride the church this is man in the image of God.
The first Adam God created was before the flood this Adam was completely  ruined by the fallen angels and destroyed in the flood hence no Adam.
So God began a new creation of Adam and the only one to fit the bill is Israel but this failed due to Israels disobedience and Idol worship and this Adam was also destroyed in 70 AD when Israel ceased to be a nation Israel Adam died
Then as Paul tells us God began a new creation of man in his Image in Christ Jesus our Lord  nothing can make this fail it is certain and sure.
Interesting to note that God began the creation of Israel with three men Abraham Isaac and Jacob then we have the first three Kings of Israel do you think God is trying to tell us something.

Love and Peace

Hi
Moving on

And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:  And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:  And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
Genesis 5:3-‬5 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/gen.5.3-5.KJV

The birth of Seth was to replace Able whom Cain killed to me this mirrors  the resurrection of  Christ.
Seth was born in the likeness of Adam and as such would be in the likeness  of God as Adam his father was.
So after the flood God  created Israel a new Adam and this Adam produced a son in his likeness which was Christ Jesus our Lord.
Isn't it marvellous that in the opening verses of Genesis we have all of Gods workings with mankind he tells us everything he will do and has done.
Like I have said before we should read Genesis after revelations its the story of what God has done with and for mankind.

Love and Peace

Hi
The next section is a genealogy from verses 6 - 28 which I don't  have anything to say about except for.

And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:  And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:  And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
Genesis 5:22-‬24 KJV
https://bible.com/bible/1/gen.5.22-24.KJV

This reminds me of our Lord his short life the three hundred and sixty five years reminds us of the thirty odd years of our Lord ministry and both were taken up to heaven.
Like I have said before what happens before the flood is a mirror image of what happens after the flood.

Love and Peace
Dave
