once again Christmas has come and gone and the original Christian Christmas message has not been properly formulated, taught or understood viz the Christian Christmas saviour is truly also the saviour of the world - it seems not many have truly understood or grasped how this will be fulfilled so it must be proclaimed that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord and saviour for all non Christians have been are or will be born again from above as little Christian children who can and will simply simply believe which Jesus stated is very difficult if not impossible for adults - just as in our creation so also in our salvation we have no choice imho - wincam
Hi Wincam
The question is do we have any biblical authority to celebrate Christmas or is it only a man made tradition for most people nowadays jest a couple of days of work.
The only thing our Lord asked us to celebrate was his death and resurrection through the Eucharist the bread and the wine the bread being his body that came down from heaven the wine his precious blood of forgiveness which cleanses us.
Does a sip of wine and a bit of bread do us any good or is it what it represents which is the body that came down from heaven the true bread on which we should feed on a daily bases.
And the blood which is true drink which represents the holy spirit which is the life giving force to the body of Christ.
Love and Peace
