Births and deaths are exactly equal.
Nobody can die until they have been born!
Disturb us Lord, when we are too pleased with ourselves. When our dreams have come true because we dreamed too little. When we arrived safely because we sailed too close to the shore. Disturb us Lord, to dare more boldly. To venture on wider seas. Where storms will show your mastery; Where, losing sight of land, we shall find the stars. We ask you to push back the horizons of our hopes; And to push into the future, in strength, courage, hope and love.                     (SIR FRANCIS DRAKE 1577)

Explain what's going on in your head please, as none of it makes sense to me.

If anything, there has been a decrease in population rather then an increase. Sure there are more houses, but the demands on housing have almost doubled as single parent families (Which was once a rare event) have been on the increase as when it was once popular for two or more families to live in the same house, today it is rare.

Jesus died before he was resurrected. So he doesn't count.
Mary died, her assumption to heaven just being catholic mythology, so she doesn't count.

To my recollection, the only ones who count as not going through bodily death are Enoch and Elijah.
