"Evolution (the theistic variety) doesn't rule out either the Fall or the Ark."

But it does belief that death predates the fall and doesn't believe that the Ark is real.

How can "evolution" believe anything? It's a concept, not a person!

Instead of just endlessly repeating these assertions, can you not explain why animal death prior to Adam excludes any possibility of a human fall? Because I really don't see it as a problem.

It is a story that makes no sence if it isn't true.
Read my posts again. I have never said that Genesis wasn't true! Many Christians accept evolution and also believe in Creation, the fall, and redemption.
"His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life." (II Peter 1:3a)

Hi @davetaff ,

Why wouldn?t you?  I?m out of the country for the next 7 days, otherwise i would have googled it for you and provided links, but with your closed mind i?m glad i didn?t waste my time.  If you seriously want evidence, let me know, i?ll do it on my return.  I?ve still to address a point raised by @John , which, I will do too, ive not forgotten John.

Hi @davetaff ,

I?ve only just read your reply properly.  Why would i think you were interested in the fairytale of evolution?  Maybe because you asked about evidence, and raised an objection, though, it?s pretty obvious from that objection, you really have no clue, would you like to ask again in your own words?  Perhaps i assumed you were interested in understanding evolution, enough that you could raise sensible objections, sorry for that assumption, i will leave you in blissful ignorance and hypocrisy.  You use the fruits of science everyday, whether it be a pill for a sore head, a kettle, toaster etc, and trust the results of doing so won?t harm you, but introduce something which conflicts however slightly with YOUR own interpretation of the bible and it?s suddently unreliable, id like to see  your evidence  why.

Hi Tara
Thank you for your reply I have spent many a happy hour scouring the internet for information on evolution and creation and I decided some time ago I had to make a choice I chose God and creation.

As for all the implements of science yes I use them gladly and take medication daily and am grateful for all those who invented them.
and what this proves is it takes an intelligent mind to invent all these things but even the most complicated devise made by man cannot compare to the simplest life form not to mention the most complicated mass in the universe we know of the human brain.

so logic tells me life must have been created so there must be a superior intelligence out there which is responsible for life on this planet.
I also believe his creation process is ongoing not something that was finished thousands of years ago with the creation of a caveman.

Love and Peace
Dave

Hi @davetaff ,

Youre a wasted talent with an imagination like that.  No wonder we Christians are mocked.  Nothing you have said makes any sense on any level.

Everything we see is not of God - @dave

In the same way seeing people dying of hunger" is not of God..

Seeing pain and suffering is not of God...

Seeing my self decay - is not of God..
