But you, wincam, have still said nothing about what you believe, unless of course you're insisting that only Jesus and Mary are there today?

as with scriptures here we have an example of slap happy reading and interpretation for the post clearly says any body as in bodies - wincam

And you were answered biblically, Elijah was taken up bodily into heaven as seen by Elisha, Methusala also was taken by God and asno body was ever found for Mosess it can be inferred the same for him.

But your opening post was distintly unbiblical in that you assumed that Mary's body is in heaven.
What biblical reference do you have for this?

Having seen countless of your previous posts, I observed the title, and concluded it was just another typo, rather than a clever-dick trap.
As John shows above, the number of "bodies" in heaven is very small, but certainly does not include Mary's body which rotted away in the ground around 2000 years ago.
Disturb us Lord, when we are too pleased with ourselves. When our dreams have come true because we dreamed too little. When we arrived safely because we sailed too close to the shore. Disturb us Lord, to dare more boldly. To venture on wider seas. Where storms will show your mastery; Where, losing sight of land, we shall find the stars. We ask you to push back the horizons of our hopes; And to push into the future, in strength, courage, hope and love.                     (SIR FRANCIS DRAKE 1577)

it seems John seconded by you and most others do not really know your Christianity for the bible tells us clearly that corruption must put on incorruption for flesh and blood cannot inherit heaven - this is claimed for Mary who was saved before she was born - what is denied for Mary is accepted for Moses, Enoch, Elizah and others - these in fact went to Paradise/Abraham's bosom for none ascended into heaven but one who came down from heaven[Jn 3:13] - note carefully it says no man with no mention of no woman imho - twinc

One of the good things about 'gender-neutral' Bible translations is that they prevent people from drawing erroneous conclusions about gender from the word 'man'. In olden times (i.e. up until my childhood) the word 'man' often meant 'human' rather than 'male'. As it does here: the Greek simply says 'no-one', and includes women as well as men!
"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." (II Corinthians 12:9)

no one it seems only meant men because women where not created good or very good until the advent of Mary - Moses, Enoch, Elizah, Jesus were all men = no women ascended until Mary - twinc

2Kings,2 v11. Elijah was taken up to heaven. Is what the Bible says, so you are incorrect twinc.
Again what Bible verse do you have for assumption that Mary is in heaven?

Hi Wincam
The only ones who went to heaven was Enoch the seventh from Adam and Elijah and our Lord of course.
I have looked at every instance of the name Mary and there is nothing I can find which would indicate that Mary went to heaven.
So I take it you believe the teachings of the RCC  which means you put the teachings of men before the word of God.

Love and Peace
Dave
