It is easier to learn and develop as a Christian than attendance at a church that preaches through the bible and takles how the bible address contempory issues.

If you are witnessing to your faith and winning converts to Christianity, you will end up leading a 'church'.

To answer the question.... No, you dont have to be a member of a denominational church to be in Christ's family. Christianity would move into the realm of faith by works if it were the case.

Like it was posted before, you don't have to go to church to be a Christian BUT I have been a Christian for a while and I missed church for a bit and life got tough because of it:

You need fellowship and support - look out for the people that really care and are loving in church and it will be good.
Don't be afraid to ask the right people for help - the whole point of being a Christian is that we help people out.

Maybe find a church that has a good worship band and a preacher you find interesting to listen to.

Watch out for old ladies that want their lawn mown though - can be cleverly avoided lol.

"Maybe find a church that has a good worship band and a preacher you find interesting to listen to."

Better still find a church where they not only seek to preach what is in the bible but seek to practice it.
Music and fancy speakers, good coffee, comfy chairs etc are all last on the list.

I personally since trying to be become a better Christian person have always found that churches  ⛪ I have attended have been a little to full of ?middle class snobbery? for my liking. I read/listen to the bible daily and still am discipled monthly by a kind old boy from my old church who is now a leader. I suffer from depression (very severe) sometimes and it affects my life to the point where I am now-excluding family a reclusive person. I attempted at the first church I attended for quite a while to talk about my problems/get some moral support as it were. This took the form of a group of Christians humouring me and saying they?d like to help-and did so by not and some clearly feeling awkward around me. I felt like they were fascinated by me as a ?my isnt mike a *??#%*[~? poor chap. The church is the last place I would ever attend for fellowship and friendship and to help me on my journey-it has the opposite effect. But I would like to think I am getting closer to being in/am in Jesus family. A Christian once sat and said this very sentence to me at a church gathering ?the thing that brings people to church is Christianity and what drives them away again is Christians?. Make of that what you will🤔 so good people I?m here to receive some online Christian  fellowship here. Any good books from the good big book you can recommend? God bless you all
