Christians and Miracles/Mark 6:52
« on: March 22, 2018, 02:30:23 PM »
it seems the present day reaction to miracles/supernatural has not changed nor in the ages in between - they are still r
regarded as demonic and hearts are hardened imho - via google see[Song of Bernadette] - wincam

it should be also noted that this applies then as now more so to the hard hearted religious and other leaders - wincam

Jesus did miracles which he called 'signs', as a means of proving who he is. If one accepts Jesus for who and what he is, what need is there of additional proof?

If one reads John 9 there is the example of a miraculus healing that is investigated, shown to be real and the conclusion is still rejected by those who would not accept Jesus.

People are not convinced of something against there bias's.

Hi
All the miracle's our Lord performed where only signs to show who he was the son of God.
All those our Lord healed and raised from the dead died and are buried.
The true miracle is the gift of eternal life.

Love and peace
Dave

As always twinc, you don't explain or elaborate, you just make unclear statements.

Were has any postor here shown unbelieve in miracles or a demonic attitude.

That many are skeptical ( have a hard heart ) about claims of miracles is the only accurate thing you've said.

Twinc,
have a read of this interview about an investigation into the miraculus.
It is by a protestant xjournalist Lee Strobel. His investigations are always very thorough.:-

A miracle is the birth of a child..but nore a miracle is the rebirth...  but it does not end there.. more the miracle of rebirth through the child...
